Audio East Inc. - Free Shipping and Return Policy
Free Shipping* = Audio East Inc. offers Free Shipping on items or orders totaling $199 or greater in the Continental United States. Items that weigh over 100lbs, and have a Western time zone destination will have a supplemental shipping fee, based on freight charges over $75 per item or $200 per shipment. All Truck shipments (large items such as subwoofers) must ship to a commercial address or must be picked up from terminal closest to your area. Otherwise residential truck deliveries will be charged a $35 fee (because that's what the Trucking Company charges us.)
Returns = Audio East Inc. stands behind all products we sell, Any items that arrive defective or damaged must be reported immediately and Audio East Inc. will replace the product. All other products must be returned within 30 days in order to receive full credit (less shipping.) Products must be returned in original condition, and in original package with all packaging, accessories, manuals, cables etc.... If the product that is returned is not in satisfactory condition or is returned past the 30 day period there will be 15% restocking fee charged. If the product has been noticeably used or scratched the refund will be prorated. All refunds will be issued within 14 Days less the shipping charges (even Free Shipping - actual shipping charges will be deducted) .
When returning a product, you must first call and get a return authorization # (RA#) before returning item, so we know what it is, and who to credit.
